Moore Haven Elementary celebrates Halloween

Moore Haven Elementary held their annual Halloween Costume Contest and Pumpkin Decorating Contest sponsored by the third grade classes.

The large number of children in costumes and decorated pumpkins made it very hard to pick a winner.

Moore Haven Elementary would like to thank all who participated.

  • Cutest Costume Winners: Erica Pardo and Hayden Davis.
  • Scariest Costume Winners: Brady Bass and Luke Flynn.
  • Most Original Costume Winners: Allen Hendry, Reston Stokes, Stetson Stokes and Abby Williams.
  • Cutest Pumpkins: Kyleigh Adams and Nevaeh Rodriguez.
  • Scariest Pumpkins: Audrina Santana and Luke Flynn.
  • School Spirit/Terrier Pumpkins: Aubrey Pollard and Jon Pullen.
  • Most Original Pumpkins: Landon Adams and Wesley McRoy.

Moore Haven Elementary also hosted their second annual Haunted House on Oct. 29 and 30.

It was a spooktacular event that raised money to purchase library books.

A special thank you to the following people who volunteered their time and hard work: Kristi Hingson, Dale Hall, Glenn Ford, Josh Bettard, Elizabeth Devine, Fina Lopez, Berenice Acosta, Julie Whitehead, Vivian Bennett, Wade Hingson, Keith Pilon, Sheila Ford, Debbie Harrison, Joe McCray and Braxton Masa.
