  • The Moore Haven girls’ basketball team lost the regular season opener at Lake Placid 52-34 on Nov. 15.Moore Haven Terriers
  • The Moore Haven girls’ soccer team lost to St. John Neuman 8-0 on Nov. 17 and lost to Evangelical Christian 8-0 on Nov. 17. The girls opened the season with an 8-0 loss at the Canterbury School and a 4-0 loss against Marco Island Academy on Nov. 10. The girls earned a tie with Seacrest Country Day and are currently (0-4-1) on the season.
  • The Moore Haven boys soccer team lost to Evangelical Christian on Nov. 7, lost 8-0 to Canterbury on Nov. 8, and lost to Marco Island Academy 3-1 on Nov. 10.
  • The Moore Haven boys’ basketball team opened the season at the Lehigh Turkey Shoot on Nov. 25 and 26.

The boys defeated Riverdale 43-38 in the opening round Friday, Nov. 25. John Cox led the Terriers with 15 points and Sergio Arietta added 13 points. Al Gary Junior chipped in with eight points and Robert Harris had four points. Moore Haven held off South Fort Myers in the second game 44-39. Cox had 13 points, Arietta added seven points, Jacob Smith had six points, and four players; Gary, Harris, Marquis Fudge and Andrew Fish had four points apiece.
